I am a construction / project manager looking for opportunities within a ccontractor or a consultancy.I have gained a wide range of experience in social and private housing, commercial, industrial and large civil engineering projects, through both private and government funding, up to a value of £30+M. From my experience I have knowledge of ground works, reinforced concrete, drainage, services, and internal trades, as well as mechanical and electrical installations. I also have knowledge of timber framed and traditional construction techniques, structural steel, cladding using several types of materials, curtain walling and various roofing materials and processes. The skills I have acquired during my work experience and both my degrees include: negotiating contracts, monitoring and reporting progress, managing resources (manpower, materials, money, machinery), managing processes and reporting (quality, environmental, health & safety), achieving client satisfaction through good relationship management and delivering value for money. I have knowledge of project / contract risk management and excellent skills in composing and assessing risk assessments and method statements. I have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook, power point and good knowledge of project) and communication skills (written, verbal and presentational).
