Glasgow Council on Alcohol (GCA) was founded in 1965 and aims to involve citizens from all social ethnic, and minority groups in the process of reducing alcohol problems in every community of Greater Glasgow. Glasgow Council on Alcohol is a voluntary organisation working with individuals, families and communities to promote health and wellbeing.
