I Am the superintendent for a construction company that build compressor stations. We do the layout, civil and piping, and I usually have a few Sub contractors, like electrical, and building. I have from 25 hands to 70.at times more, what ever the job takes, that I supervise. I enjoy the knowledge that I feel I bring to the job, I enjoy working with employee's that take safety of not only their selves but, also of others seriously. I also like for workers to show pride in their work, and that we can get the job done safely, effectively and efficiently. That is time and money.
