Oversight and redirection of residents in a 90 day, 12 step gender-specific immersion program designed primarily for men who have had previous experience with treatment, but have returned to abusing drugs or alcohol. It is our goal to help alcoholics and addicts embrace recovery in their minds and hearts so they can achieve long-term peace and sobriety. In addition to "working with others in treatment", I transport these men to necessary outside appointments safely. I am also responsible for purchasing all food items for meals planned by a state-licensed nutritionist, and I have developed an ordering and inventory system to comply within budget and oversee inventory procedures.

I drove, and assisted guests with luggage, to their departure terminals and back upon arrival at the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Also worked as a Valet/Dispatcher and Cashier when needed. I really enjoy the "personal service" contact with guests.

My career began as a Inspector/ Engineering Tech for the Texas Dept. of Transportation. Working with owners and architects to construct commercial, civil, and road developments, I oversaw all of the initial layout according to architect and engineering design and verified afterward it was built according to plans and specifications. Also in my "field capacity" I supervised many of the tradesmen in their job duty as General Foreman. I have worked in these capacities on several of the largest commercial projects, at the time, in the Austin Texas area.
