Supporting the account Shared Operating Model (SOM) initiative, The Emergency Manager (EM) will have site(s) specific responsibility for all aspects of the Emergency Management Program including; being the driving force of the EM programs success, ensuring both the client and Integrated account objectives.Examples of responsibilities of this role include partnering with senior leadership team and leading key strategic initiatives with the client and coordinating with account executives. This includes twenty-four hours a day, seven-days a week responsibility with “hands on” leadership response.This role will represent the clients emergency management program in collaborations with external partners and stakeholders (EMS/Local PD) to ensure alignment and partnership with Private and Public Emergency Management Organizations.
