Most recently, I was contracted by Lexmark International Inc. to help increase the productivity and profitability of their US and global business units. Notably, I designed, developed, and implemented a “market-priced” compensation process; Sarbanes-Oxley certification process for country managers; Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recruiting process; supply chain vendor interaction process; diversity and inclusion initiatives; Continuing Professional Education (CPE) certifications for CPAs and Project Management Professionals; and Lean Manufacturing methods. Previously, I owned and operated a small training/educational consulting firm specializing in helping companies use training to deal constructively with the human side of change management. Clients included Toyota Tsusho (Georgetown, KY), White Wolf/InnerVision, Fulfillment Concepts Inc., The Howland Group, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (all of Louisville, KY), and SARCOM Inc. (Columbus, OH). From here, I continued my relationship with SARCOM Inc, which led to the development of the ITC group and my employment there.Specialties: Human Resources Compensation/Benefits Design Succession PlanningTalent Management Program Development/ImplementationOperations/Project ManagementPolicy/Procedure Development Process Improvement Team FacilitationCoaching/Mentoring Total Quality Management Lean Manufacturing
