Zotec-Medical Management Professionals Inc. (Zotec-MMP) provides comprehensive billing, collections, and practice management services to hospital based physician practices. Most of our clients are radiology, anesthesiology, or emergency medicine practices. As a Practice Manager, I oversee the finance and practice management for a major midwest radiology group, an emerency physician group, and several free standing medical imaging centers. In addition to accounting functions, Practice Managers with Zotec-MMP coordinate and shop benefits for their clients, negotiate contracts with hospitals and vendors, ensure that corporate documents are current, facilitate monthly board meetings, and provide tax planning. We also facilitate strategic planning events for our clients.
