I’ve been helping employers, clients and individuals increase their top line revenue for 44 years. It's my life's work! After 30 years in professional service firms in marketing and business development leadership roles, The Growth Leaders LLC was born in 2013. Named for the Growth Leaders who hire us, we are a growth coaching firm formed to help B2B CEOs, their leadership, business development, account management, significantly increase their annual top line revenue and sustain it. In addition, three colleagues - Barbara Hauser, Duane Spivey, and Chris Beauchamp and I offer The Client School, a live and virtual school where we teach and coach advanced business development from a client's point of view. It's based on serving vs. selling because no client we've ever met wants to be sold but they all want to be served.
