Year In The Industry Student was about gaining as much experience and understanding within SP Energy Networks. I gained a massive understanding of the runnings of the business, the safety aspects of on site jobs and got to grips with the internal system which helps the business run every single day. I gained a lot of experience in the corporate side of things, where they would be weekly meetings across the business discussing; matching targets, customer service, data analysis and general day to day briefings. I was able to take part in putting across my districts standings for the week and how customers rated our customer service was during jobs that were ran throughout the week.
