Before this I was an operational excellence specialist with extensive experience in project management, man management, internal audits, company compliance, LEAN, 5S, work instructions and risk assessments. Achievements with my previous employer include various projects in the form of Kaizen’s which have been implemented and are attached to significant cost savings. Inventory accuracy had been over 99.9% for over 36 consecutive months. DPMO was tracking at 2749 in 2018 which was reduced to 59 in 2020, then 54 in 2021 after project implementations. We were the first facility in over 110 sites to achieve a 100% ‘Showcase’ status in the UKIN sector as well as achieving 97.8% is our HSEQ assessments putting the site in the top 5 performing facilities in Europe.
