Gary is a skilled management consultant with over 25 years experience of Outsourcing, working for vendors and management consultancies, the last fifteen years of which have been with Morgan Chambers/EquaTerra/KPMG. Gary has had assignments not only in the United Kingdom but also in mainland Europe (Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Sweden), Hong Kong and Australia, plus a significant period in the Asia Pacific Region.Gary’s experience over the latter years has concentrated on the strategic elements of sourcing; this has encompassed creating Sourcing strategies and implementing the recommended preferred option. The recommended option for some clients has been to outsource, while for others it was to instigate a number of internal transformation programmes as a way of realising the commercial benefits required by the business plan.In addition to Sourcing strategies Gary has been involved in a number of strategic M&A projects. This activity has covered both the ICT and Financial Service’s sectors.
