Led the commercial business Transaction Review Committee (TRC) review team, which reviews and provides key considerations for project approval to the TRC on all wind, solar, transmission, gas pipeline, international, and strategic corporate projects. The TRC is comprised of all direct reports to the CEO. Also responsible for financing the Duke Energy commercial businesses through a combination of corporate bond and project financing debt products.

Responsible for originating and negotiating wind and solar project acquisitions for Duke Energy Renewables, which is the non-regulated IPP subsidiary of Duke Energy Corporation. Also responsible for completing valuation modeling, project due diligence, and placing project level debt financing.
