Current role for 3 years and previously I have 16 years experience as a Shopping Centre Manager across a variety of Centres, In addition to this I have also had 10 years experience Managing Hotels for ALH Group (Fosters)The day to day management of a portfolio spread across NSW has many challenges geographically and strong communication has been key to overcoming this. I also spent my first 2 years in the Shopping Centre industry as a Leasing Executive at Jones Lang LaSalle prior to commencing my career as a Centre Manager. A results driven Manager with extensive experience in delivering exceptional opertations management and high level customer service capabilities. A collaborative leader that works closely with his team to ensure a clear understanding of their personal goals, while extracting and improving their skills to assist in the performance of the asset. A very strong financial acumen combined with property management expertise enables me to deliver strong results across the business whilst maintaining a focus on achieving the asset vision for the client and cultivating a strong partnership with the retailers and other Stakeholders.
