Provided support to Solutions Engineers by building CBT curriculum courses based on approved storyboards. Added interactivity, TTS audio, advanced interactions and graphics to enhance the user experience. Ensured published settings aligned with the client requirements for LMS compatibility.Maintained online help files for deployment by the Application Team into the production and training environments. The online help system included Procedure help, Quick Reference Guides and Interim Business Processes integrated into a single interface. Maintained a separate page help system requiring a custom interface design and coordination of context-sensitive ID’s. Responsible for coordinating the timely update and deployment of the help systems to phased releases of the state government proprietary application. Worked with the Application Team on deploying packages in a timely manner.Provided support in troubleshooting problems for other Deloitte teams using Captivate and RoboHelp to complete their project work.

Responsible for working with clients and subject matter experts to identify content for training, creating storyboards and presenting training content in a manner appropriate to the target audience. Upon approval, instructor and participant guides, accompanying presentations, review tools and job aides were created for final approval for traditional classroom, distance learning or CBT deployment.
