Responsible for developing and maintaining policy and program management framework for governing the joint polices on requirements definition, contingency program management, and contingency contract support during combat operations, post-conflict operations, and contingency operations, including humanitarian and disaster relief.

Additional assignments:Acting Director, Office of Small Business Programs (temporary detail assignment)Serves as the Acting Director for the Office of Small Business Programs, responsible for the oversight of DoD Small Business Program and Policy to include, Small Business Innovation Research, Small Business Technology Transfer Program, Rapid Innovation Fund, Mentor Protege, STEM, Small Business workforce reshaping, as well as Outreach, and Indian Incentive Programs.
