- Regular meetings with senior management, branches and departments with regards to the latest business reporting, launches of products/services, promotions, workflow updates, etc. - Extract and analyse business data to prepare various securities business reports for senior management- Monitor the dealing team to ensure the dealers perform their dealing activities properly in both compliance and customer services aspects- Design and organise various promotion campaigns with internal and external parties, as well as the performance analysis after the campaigns- Liaise and coordinate with business units and external parties for various issues including business compliance, promotion campaigns, system enhancement, etc.- Deliver trainings to frontline staff with regards to the business compliance and operations

- Monitor the dealing team to ensure the securities dealers perform their dealing activities properly in both compliance and customer services perspectives.- Handle customers’ complaints escalated by dealers or referred by Customer Experience Team- Extract and analyse business data to prepare securities business reports for senior management- Regular reviews of internal policies, T&C, account opening documents, etc. to ensure the business meets regulatory criteria- Proactively design and organise various promotion campaigns with internal and external parties, as well as the performance analysis after the campaigns- Participate in the UATs of various business projects such as system enhancement, Open API, etc.

- Dealing of FX Margin and HK securities for customers- Dealing of US securities for private banking relationship managers- Extract and analyse the FX Margin business data for business reports- Coordinate FX Margin promotion campaigns with the marketing team, as well as the performance analysis after the campaigns

- Dealing of HK and US securities- Bond dealing for relationship managers- Build up relationships with clients by providing market updates (for existing clients) and welcome calls (for new clients)
