I am currently working as a Consultant on the Carrier Insights team within the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics. The ACIA is part of the global Aon Inpoint business.I am the Lead Consultant within the ACIA on two insurance carrier accounts and the Lead Analyst on two other large carrier accounts.My role and responsibilities are centred around providing the best analytical solutions for carrier clients by transforming raw insurance data into actionable insights. To do this I utilize a variety of analytical tools including SQL, Tableau and R. My day to day tasks include working on consulting projects, new product development and relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.

Currently working on the Aon Grip Solutions (AGS) Business Support team. Returned in 2012 to help work on a corporate link-up with a prospective new sponsor. Helped the company to set up a science show by training their staff and setting up interactive exhibits for them to tour schools across the country.
