My leadership experience began back installing commercial furniture for Framac Commercial Furniture as a site serviceman/ Team leader managing the large building fit outs. a total of 6 years experience gained in managing and utilising teams of casual contract labour to esure the installation met our schedules for large jobs and continueing to maintain a healthy relationship with customers throughout other installations up and down the east coast of Australia. Crane Enfield Metals was the company of employment for my next18 years of service, Crane Copper Tube. My role started as an operator producing small bore tube. I pushed my way around the plant gaining experience in producing Quality Copper Tube, in my seventh year with the company i successfuly became a Production shift Team Leader which gave me valuable experience and knoweledge in Safety, Frontline and Lean Manurfacturing. I am currently with Boral Bricks as a Production shift Team Leader out at Bringelly enjoying the challenges of producing another Quality Australian made product for our market in the building industry.
