Across my career in consumer goods, retail, and fashion, I have had the immense opportunity to elevate declining brands into market leaders by bringing the customer to the forefront of every aspect of the business and by creating fully integrated, omnichannel/e-commerce experiences that increase revenue and loyalty.Combining the essential elements of both the art and science of retail leadership, I build and work closely with creative teams to reinvigorate brands and drive appeal for a new generation of customers. A few of my proudest career accomplishments include:➣ Transforming five brands (Banana Republic, Gap, LOFT, Ann Taylor, and Lane Bryant) from decline to explosive growth.➣ Member of Ann Inc.'s executive team positioning the company for $2.15B acquisition by Ascena.➣ Building new start-up brands from the ground up, including LOFT’s Lou & Grey and Gap’s 1969 Denim.➣ Bringing a hyper-customer-focused approach and dedication to an industry-leading omnichannel experience.Today, I serve as advisory board member for Evergreen Trading and former executive vice chairman and director for Season Pacific Acquisition Corp, a SPAC targeting acquisitions in the consumer retail sector across the APAC region.
