Migration project from Novell to Windows Active Directory, including maintenance and administration of core infrastructure servicing 100+ countries with in excess of 200,000 staff.Undertook troubleshooting activities within the European infrastructure via direct Server intervention and remote access including the administration of MS Operating Systems.Developing solutions; ensuring a robust infrastructure to support system availability / performance; and compliance with internal SLAs.Project planning, creating technical plans and terms of reference documents, and physical deployment. Created exploratory scripts including driver investigation with vendors to detail root cause and updated server configuration to improve print speed and stability.Created active monitoring utilising Ms MOM as an incident prevention tool from Citrix Application. Developed monitoring processes for installed Application certificate expiry dates for group of key servers, which provided warnings and alerts once thresholds had been reached.Devised, developed and documented Print DR solutions which were scaled for implementation throughout EMEA incorporating transparent server failure to the core where appropriate.
