Manage outside plant construction and splicing for New Mexico. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all work flow to meet our customers’ demands and Corporate objectives. Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, performance and safety requirements. Accountable for results, cost, methods, and staffing for the team. Observe, coach and develop performance of team members against defined metrics and scorecard initiated improvement plans as needed. Mandate and ensure quality engineering prints and information delivered to the field. Ensure all work is completed accurately, timely, and efficiently.
