Responsible for the management of materials and inventory requirements for over 1,000 new build sites for T-Mobile as they implement 3G upgrades to their wireless network. Manage material orders, inventory receipts, and the shipping of materials as received at a local 3rd party warehouse. Insure the availability of materials, inventory accuracy, and report generation as required. Work closely with A.S.P's (Authorized Service Providers) to insure that they have the materials on-time and available when needed to complete site builds.

Directed planning and implementation of a new Verizon Network Asset Management system. Executed the process within six months after resolving a number of legal, operational, and responsibility issues. Project completed on time and under budget. Records with errors reduced by over 75% through continuous review and process improvement. Assets tracked amounted to a billion dollars worth of equipment.Created detailed documentation for the process and provided training to approximately 80 field force personnel on utilizing the system. Developed and updated resource materials as needed.Designed and executed a spare circuit pack inventory process involving over 6700 spare circuit packs housed in over 85 locations. Developed the process, selected a software vendor, created training packages, and implemented the process within three months due to a corporate audit requirement. Designed the process to automatically update inventory records and provide software enhancements through L.A.N. connections.
