I oversee field training and leadership to 12 service technicians and dozens of contractors across all of the major trades as they service 190 UDF store in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio. I report directly to the Director of Facilities and my daily responsibilities include: ◾Providing constant direction to service team members to ensure that all departmental objectives are met.◾Creating better modes of operating field service to make service for our store base both quicker, better and more transparent. ◾Providing suggestion to department Director for a change of mode of operating when the existing one does not yield maximum results◾Providing detailed statistical feedback on performance of team members to the management for staff evaluation and counseling. ◾Observing performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen where needed. ◾ Assisting Director with disciplinary measures as needed to team members whom are experiencing difficulties with their duties by putting them through and giving them personal coaching with documentation.◾Ensuring that all revenue generating equipment, and all other binary equipment, are in good condition to enable smooth flow of operations and customer satisfactions.◾Serving as the middleman between the organization's operation team and the service team members.
