Originate commercial and residential loans for development, construction and long-term financing on real estate projects, including SBA 7a and 504 loans.Help clients structure transactions to allow them to secure SBA, Commercial and Residential loans.Review, coordinate and analyze property appraisals, title reports and supporting title documentation.Analyze Borrower tax returns, financial statements, project projections and historical operations in order to underwrite clients' financial capacity for mortgage loans.

Originate SBA, Commercial and residential loans.Responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of prospective residential and commercial real estate investment loans ranging from 250K-20 million dollars.Coordinate due diligence efforts internally and externally pre and post-closing.Network and expand deal flow opportunities through contacting asset managers, realtors, sellers and buyers or any other sources for potential loan transactions.Review real estate purchase contracts, development contracts, loan documents, title reports, and various city statutes to validate development proposals and transaction parameters.
