A team within the back offices of Questrade where I handle multiple responsibilities revolving retirement savings accounts and educational savings accounts (RESPs).

A more specialized role within the company. I'm tasked with document review and validation as well as assigned requests made by clients and other agents to resolve issues and update information.This position handles a lot of excel sheets and documentation, as well as coordination among multiple different specialized teams within the back office department.

As a customer service specialist within Questrade I spent my time learning the ins and outs of most processes and concepts when it comes to a brokerage.Assisting clients with a wide variety of situations and issues that arise make it so that no two days were the same.

Tasked with working a variety of digital printers and silk screen presses to print labels, details and other types of information on metal components. I was also responsible for taking care of and designing the company website.

Being a trained double pallet jack operator, I was tasked with receiving and building different orders for large grocery and food chains. This includes building two 7' tall pallets of product, ensuring it's structured in a way that no product gets damaged while gathering the order as well as shipping.This was a very fast paced environment, with very minimal margin of error within the warehouse setting.

Being a part of a specific assembly line, my tasks involved following blueprint designs to correctly build the section of wall that came to our position. Using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as ensuring the best quality possible.Once the section of wall was built, I used a large crane attached to the ceiling of the building to lift the large piece of built wall and stack it in a way that was even and can be shipped without damage.

Within the kitchen of this very busy entertainment complex, I had to fulfill multiple roles within the kitchen, from server, to cook, to cashier.
