I show participants how to take control of their learning and I contribute to programme design as part of DPG's Product and Design team.I specialise in online learning, delivering webinars and using up to date technology to bring a personal touch to the learning experience. I analyse trends in online learning which helps me to keep our service focused on quality.

- Management responsibility for division including recruitment, inductions, scheduling, budgeting and payroll.- Contribute to company strategy and implementation of strategy.- Build networks with other organisations e.g. Schools.- Design, deliver and support the training experience of internal and external customers.- Training courses designed and delivered to staff and customers using blended learning techniques covering: presentation skills, active listening, self-evaluation, coaching, learning styles, objective setting, record keeping and the training cycle.- First point of contact and management of quality reviews for all awarding bodies.

- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with nationwide quality standards.- Recruitment, selection, induction and performance management of trainers during a period of departmental expansion.- Formulated and implemented the staff development plan. Measured the effectiveness and return on investment of the development plan.- Built and maintained databases to plan and adapt scheduling; track customer progression; and extract reports for analysis.

- Line management of up to 30 employed and 58 sub-contracted trainers located across multiple sites during a period of significant organisational restructure.

- Management responsibility for the Regional Staff Training Officers.- Design and implementation of training & competence scheme.- Quality assurance of 10 training teams and their managers.

- Development of training material based on business requirements, customer feedback, best training practice, industry changes and budget limitations.- Design and delivery of staff inductions, performance management and quality assurance.

- Delivery of training to customers one to one, in small groups and in classrooms.- Contribution to training standards.
