For my third year work placement I was offered a role as a Trainee Quality Assurance Engineer with Aspen Grove Solutions. My roles for this position included scripting automated tests using Selenium Webdriver. For the latter half of my time working here I was placed on a project as the solo QA engineer with my team manager supervising me. While on this project I was tasked with testing the services and the front end of the application. My responsibilities included attedning daily scrum meetings for both the QA Automation team and the team of the project I was working on. I had to attend sprint planning meetings and sprint retrospective meetings.

Assisted with work on the floor in the area of spreads production. Manual tasks such as aiding in the operation of a conveyor machine which required constant attention to stay running.
