Investigating and resolving problems and issues.• Champion the product offering, working with the sales channel and key banking and merchant customers as appropriate• Identifying and implementing automation of merchant terminal configurations with other internal applications• Using advance knowledge of POS terminals software and testing, and /or operating systems knowledge (Hypercom, Verifone, Thales, etc) to manage interface to Elavon network.• Maintaining all TMS configurations, applications and databases, Providing 24 hour support.QA Manager POS/EPOS/EcommerceKey Responsibilities: Responsible for testing software performed in accordance with regulations. Analysing requirements and creating functional/technical specifications and defining product deliverables. Performing after sales support and follow-up• Overseeing systems installation in regional offices and providing remote support to regional offices (Madrid, Paris, Rome, Frankfurt, London, Vienna, Canberra)• Implement Multi-Currency & DCC on POS products• Co-ordinate support required for User Acceptance Testing of new software releases with business development organisations prior to production installation
