These solutions included secure and encrypted text-messaging, contact center, directory and on-call platforms all which helped to improve patient care by streamlining communications to physicians, staff and patient care teams, while also providing encryption and HIPAA-compliance. Projects also included integrating to Cerner and Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, nurse call systems and a variety of other patient care systems.
