Developed and implemented Risk assessments for all activities within the Satcomms arena, and campaigns launched to promote a ‘safety culture’ that reduced accidents. This resulted in by a reduction in accidents each year and was formally recognised by winning the directorate safety award for London Teleport being accident free for over a year. I was successful at interview and transferred as an apprentice to Madley where I continued with intensive Radio and Satellite Communication training.
