After 6 years as a successful District Manager, promoted to Divisional Vice President. Responsible for 34 Burger King restaurants in southern Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Provided guidance to 4 District Managers in terms of Operations, Training, Hiring, Capital Expenditures and P&L Management. West Division

Responsible for 6 to 10 Burger King restaurants in southern Alabama and Florida Panhandle. Provided support in terms of Operations, Training and P&L Management to restaurant managers. During this time developed two restaurant managers to District Manager Level.independent owned restaurants

Responsible for operating restaurants in all aspects of business including Operations, Marketing, Menu Management, Hiring, Payroll, Accounts Payables and P&L Management.

Responsible for measuring Quality, Cleanliness and Service in 64 restaurants in the Great Northwest areas of southern Washington, Oregon and northern California. Visited each restaurant on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis depending on operations status. Worked with store managers, district managers and owners to develop action plans to improve operations to reach a Superior Status.

Responsible for operating the highest volume restaurant in Louisiana (2 million+ in annual sales) Also trained new managers for the district.

Responsible for auditing 110 restaurants in Louisiana, western Mississippi and southern Arkansas against Burger King Operations Standard as described in Operations Manual. Visited each restaurant 2 times per year. Also held classes on food safety and guest relations in the above territory.
