Working with Hunan suppliers, on behalf of the United States project team, audit and monitor Xylem related products & process, directly report to the US project team.2018/9-2018/12:Training in Chicago, Nanjing factories & Xylem China HQ (Shanghai) for 3 months, learning about water pump techniques and Xylem procedures.2018/12-2019/2:Conducted training on inspection standards, project process, quality awareness, CAR system, etc. for major suppliers.After my work with suppliers, Xylem cancelled the plan of sending inspectors to supplier every month, which saves lots of cost.2019/3-present:1. Continued promotion of e-XC project;Established a project progress plan, organizing suppliers to review OPL regularly. Through the efforts, all 45 types of pump from 3 series got released one month ahead of schedule.2. Coordinate with Nanjing Xylem at Xiangtan plant for quality tasks;3. Annual process audit at main suppliers, follow up OPL for continuous improvement

Provide support on customer audit, trial production and other relavant process.Handle customer complaints 2-3 times a month on average.
