Financial impact was 500K annual fee saving.• Designed Advanced ATP tool in SAP: One man project of managing complete project phases from ideation to execution, it was to redesign planners’ key processes and reports of SAP ATP (Available to Promise) daily activities, developed and implemented SAP in-house customized ATP function to improve ATP cycle time from 4-6 hours to 15 minutes and capability to deal with phantom alternatives material planning. The solution has been standardized and implemented in Indianapolis, Juarez, Jundiai, Wuhan, Durham for final assembly operations across different regions and business units.• S4 Hana Project: Worked with customer to retire their order systems to upgrade to SAP S4 Hana, it involved major systems to comply a series of specific requirements from our customer.• Enhanced MRP report: Rewrite MRP functionality to consider alternatives on hands into calculation, this initiative has helped procurement team save significant time when doing manual comparison and as well avoid placing too many purchase orders.
