Responsible for building and maintaining trouble shouting custom high throughput Fluidic instrumentation for both chip and whole wafer configurations and build of other non off the shelf time saving fixtures and other lab oriented instrumentation. Maintained off the shelf ABI pcr systems, Hydras, centrifuges, V Preps, plate lock's, hybe ovens and many other types of lab equipment and also responsible for equipment calibration. Scheduled outside PM Service work on contracted equipment. Worked with designer and other engineers to create modify and machine many parts using Bridgeport mill and other machine shop equipment out of plastics aluminum and steal.

Responsible for organizing and controlling man power and work flow for bio-med instrumentation production line, and seeing that all schedules are met while interfacing with management. Coordinating material kit releases and shortage control, monitoring build and test cycle times. Interviewing, hiring and writing annual performance reviews, and ordering capitol equipment. Prior to becoming supervisor spent two years working on the product floor as an assembler to a lead. Hands on knowledge of every aspect of the product from sub assembly to test, with many improvements and reduced cycle times. Working knowledge of all hand tools, running Bridgeport mill and soldering, running test programs,Word/Excel.

Responsible for assembly of hard drive automated burn-in test racks. From sub assembly to final assembly and test, building and running cable and harness, working from blue prints doing lay out work, and working from flow schematics and BOM's, fabricating drilling and milling parts and crimping and soldering, interfacing with engineers, training new technicians.

Responsible for building multiple complex sub assemblies to ISO standards, and testing for open MRI from assembly drawings and BOM's and various test programs, kitted own parts from open con bon type stock room used Man Man. materials program, interfaced with engineers in updating drawings and solving assembly and test problems, Worked with many hand tools pneumatic tools and various torque drivers also did soldering and crimping cable routing.

Responsible For the final assembly production line and its set up for the 5000 multi chambered CVD / ETCH semiconductor processing unit and coordinating manpower with in multiple assembly bays in a clean room and training several assemblers in such things as vacuum leek detection and trouble shooting while directing the team to meat there schedule dates. Also had many supervisory type duties among them were the interviewing of new employees and yearly reviews, make daily reports and supporting the many needs of the final test department while reporting to a direct manager. Prior to this possession worked in R&D with the 7200 CVD units with many engineers and cad designers and from verbal and hand written sketches, was involved with all of the many assemblies it took to build this massive system witch is still to this date the largest system they ever produced. At the time of the move to production I was the only E/M assembler tech to train several others. After the release of the 7200 went back into R&D with the 5000 and brought it to production as well this system had many CES's (customer engineering speechless) which I worked closely with many CES engineers and there BOM's and complex Drawings and later was promoted to Lead.

Responsible for configuring high-end professional use CPU's, Installing costume hardware reading sales orders as part of a rolling production line.
