I still work for Aerocool Ltd., the Taiwanese entity of the German company Pro Gamesware Group (Caseking). I serve as Product Director for both brands Aerocool and APNX. My responsibilities are mainly to coordinate and plan all product line planning, new brand positioning , product development and supplier chain management for brands of Aerocool and APNX. In 2020, i co-founded the new streaming gear brand of Streamplify with the German headquarter teams. As a Brand Manager, i coordinates and plans the brand's product development management, marketing and supply chain-related matters, as well as related matters within the group, in a similar manner to private brands. Departmental collaboration, through Progamersware Group's exclusive European sales rights, promotes and sells through its own online retail channels in European countries such as German Caseking, British OCUK, Jimms and Globaldata, while Aerocool is responsible for new brands outside Europe. As well as promotion in European and American countries, it has created a turnover of approximately 3M for the group. Two years later, i was transferred to the Aerocool brand with a turnover of 40 million US dollars, and manage the APNX (Aerocool Performacne Nexus) brand with a higher-end positioning.

1. Initiated to bring PC case and PSU products into the AMAZON channel and attained 4M USD in 2014.2. Supplier classification and adjustment in 2015, brought more competitive PC components and peripherals as PC accessories and I/O device ...etc into e-channels, especially the Amazon; finally increased the Amazon's revenue to 50% share of Rosewill amount which was equaled to the number of RW at Newegg in 2017.3. Introduced the home electronics category in 2015 and attained 5M USD in four years.4. Collaborated with Vietnam distributor of Networking Hub(AMD distributor) in the end of 2016 and attained around 2M USD turnover in 2017.5. Collaborated with Indonesia distributor of PT E-media in 2017 and attained 0.5M USD turnover same year.

New Taipei City

1. Established the PC case and PSU product lines with PowerColor brand, planned the entire product portfolio for PowerColor brand and managed the terms of outsourcing, cost, quality, P&L and ROI.2. The revenue of PC case and power supply attained 2M USD in 2 years.3. Assisted the Club 3D building up their own Brand PSU product line in 2011.4. Developed the APU MB board, Mini PC and embedded VGA card based on AMD's business extension plan and roadmap, and successfully evolved the business with Advantech and Datapath UK in 2012.

I worked in the Case & PSU dept. at Solytech Corp. about 3 years. Solytech is also an associated company of Foxconn Group. The core business of Solytech is manufacturing the PC case, power supply, peripherals and accessories of IT field. My duty at that moment was including market survey, project control, schedule control, cost control, drafting developing strategy, product roadmap planning, and also supported the OEM/ODM customer as Systemax, Synnex, MSI, ,Biostar and Shuttle to develop their own design product.
