• Independent audits (ISO) of Premier League and Football League Academies at professional football clubs in England.
• Practical implementation of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) and consultancy of clubs on how to create more home grown players for professional football and the English national team.
• Make recommendations for Academies in order to progress home-grown talent and increase club productivity.
• Work closely with Premier League staff to analyse and contextualise data to consult and improve within the high performance system.
• Use and develop relevant tools, systems and profiling analysis to ensure results, advice, support and interventions for the support of elite athletes.
