Assessor of EPPP - Independent Standards for the Premier League

• Independent audits (ISO) of Premier League and Football League Academies at professional football clubs in England.• Practical implementation of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP) and consultancy of clubs on how to create more home grown players for professional football and the English national team.• Make recommendations for Academies in order to progress home-grown talent and increase club productivity.• Work closely with Premier League staff to analyse and contextualise data to consult and improve within the high performance system.• Use and develop relevant tools, systems and profiling analysis to ensure results, advice, support and interventions for the support of elite athletes.
