Responsible for all facets of the equity transactions business for Allianz Real Estate within the Americas, including all direct acquisitions, joint venture programs, and fund investments. • Built U.S.-based equity origination platform and team, including identifying and hiring junior acquisition team members and instituting and amending certain processes, templates, and models. • Source, structure, and close strategic long-term joint ventures with operators and other institutional investors.• Identify and recommend fund managers for Allianz investors, ranging across the full risk spectrum. • Develop, present, and implement annual strategy for equity investments, including target markets, property types, and risk tolerance, on behalf of a diverse set of Allianz investors.
