Involved in the due diligence of Eden prior to Marmon purchase and was Key member of the management team and played a major part in the restructure of the business and turning it from loss making into profit. In 2014 carried out a major restructure of the Eden and Sloane business including the closure of one of our manufacturing plants. Significantly reduced costs and increased profitability, making business more flexible and in a better position to cope with the changing retail market.
