I started in the construction industry at a young age assisting with remodeling, and new construction projects. Upon graduation from High School, I decided to join the United States Army. While Serving in the US Army I achieved many awards for my performance. Some included; Solider of the month for my battalion, becoming a Non-Commissioned Officer, and attending and completing U.S. Army Ranger School. After separating from the U.S. Army, I attended Kent State University where I received a bachelor’s of science with a focus in Construction Management. I believe I separate my self from others by having great attention to detail on projects, skilled in communication in stressful and non-stressful situations, also keeping accountability of both team members and/or daily reports. As the Vice President of Production for Knez Homes I oversee 20-30 Single family homes, Multi family units in all stages of construction, routine & emergency warranty, and prepare weekly progress reports for the company. These projects take place in various locations of Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Lake county. I take pride in my sites being presentable for clients and safe for trades . For the future I look forward to being part of a less waste / reusable materials in new construction industry for the environment. I feel that achieving L.E.E.D. credits and/or building a efficient is key for the lifetime of structures, as well as revenue growth within a company.
