Vice President Of Sales
Current● Responsible for all golf, skate and curling sales.● Personally conducted Omni Channel national account sales.● Sales Team Supervision - manage house and multi-line rep relationships, sales, budgets,forecasting, training and maintenance.● Provide sales support by assisting reps in their territories and at buying shows, consumerevents and customer visits.● Develop policies and procedures for rep, internal, and national programs.● Responsible for managing, set up, budgeting and participating in national events, demo days,trade shows and consumer shows.● Assist product development team in creating new product requirements for all channels.● Perform monthly management presentations providing feedback, insight and mentorship todevelop programs and promotions to further sales and profitability.● Monthly technical rep sales calls with recommendations on target products and customers tomaximize sales and address any immediate concerns.● Recruit, train and mentor new sales team members in an evolving sales environment.● Develop product launch and exit programs and strategies to maximize returns and limitdisruption.● Work with VP of Marketing to construct Marketing Communication Schedule to supportInitiatives.● Create a 1-2-3 Plan with premium accounts to personalize a monthly message.
