I have worked in the Pressure vessel field for 16 years and the welding industry for 27. With over 200 hours of lean manufacturing experience leading value stream mapping and kaizan events plus my tenure at Boardman i was introduced to open book management and the Great Game of Business and was a internal coach at Boardman.This has opened my eyes to a whole new way to manage people and to get the most out of them.I have ran five shops while i have been in managment and have successfully turned four around by simply applying lean manufacturing tools and changing the culture of the shop it self.I am highly motivated and a proven leader with a sucsessful track record.
