Following 30+ years in aviation maintenance, my passion for the industry and the people within continues to drive my desire to achieve superior results for my employer, my team members, and fellow business partners. The aviation community is one-of-a-kind. Industry members relish in building close relationships that are carried throughout their careers. I have been given significant opportunities by past and present employers to learn and experience many different work streams within aircraft maintenance. Being a very competitive and ambitious person, I took advantage of these opportunities and those leaders that provided me guidance and a wealth of knowledge. I couldn't be more grateful. When I started out as a young mechanic, I knew that I wanted to learn everything imaginable within the maintenance arena. My approach to giving back is to take every opportunity to lead, coach and mentor team members so they too can progress in their careers and serve the company for which they are employed. The gratification received by watching others exceed expectations cannot be overstated. Working collaboratively with my peers in developing and implementing strategic initiatives is extremely rewarding. Seeing projects come to fruition creates a culture where people want to contribute. They no longer "have to" but they now "want to".
