Helped support their Global Hyper-Care project while it transitioned over to the helpdesk. Assisted Executive and critical users with global and local meetings as well as preformed refreshes for all hardware and mobile devices. Assisted clients but not limited to application issues such as Office 365, OneDrive, Skype, Remote access and network issues. Performed health checks and security checks for Executive members assuring they were secure at all times. Assisted with Badge renewals and certificates that were scheduled to expired keeping a proactive level of support for the clients. Scheduled and applied updates to clients devices such as IOS and build updates while maintaining clients abilities to continue working. Cross trained when applicable any technical tips as they came up that may help clients work more efficiently. Instilled company policies and processes where opportunities came available to reassure they were being followed correctly. This was a critical, making sure everyone was protected and the integrating of the companies data could not get compromised. Protecting our leadership while providing white glove services were number one to the Team. Building trust relationships is a very valuable asset.

Moving from SWN's main Headquarters Executive Support Team, I now support our NV location with some of the sharpest folks SWN has employed who are responsible for moving the company forward. My current role extends our executive support to those at that location. I am responsible for maintaining inventory, managing and deploying hardware, software installs, troubleshoot issues, resolving problems and provide our folks with excellent customer service. I assist when needed to kick off video conferences and maintain the conference rooms. My role includes working close with all IT personnel in assisting them with extended services for this location. SWN’s IT Team has been one of the best I have worked with during my career as we hold strong values in providing the best customer care in the business. I have been privileged in being a part of SWN over the last 12+ years contributing my skill sets and watching it grow into one of the best companies I have ever been a part of. 2015 here we come! Prior to my transition I was supporting the Executive Staff, Legal, Land, Accounting, Traders floor and Gas Control areas.

I moved to this account to assist EDS in getting it up to par. I participated in the Office update, Win 2000 rollout, Notes to Exchange migration and PC upgrades and inventory tracking. Managed the Print Servers and Administrated setting up domain accounts and supported users for the Terminal Servers. Supported the DNS and Wins Servers and assisted the Desktop group. I took charge of maintaining the Storage Tek L180 for company backups. EDS moved the Admin roles offsite to their NOC and I stayed onsite for server support needed locally. I also volunteered and took ownership of 1/2 day support for the KOSA account “corporate Houston office” supporting the Avaya phone system for Kosa and FSV as well as Kosa's Servers, Desktops, Network and support calls that needed to be done for this location. I was working split days at both locations Kosa in the morning and FMCTI after lunch before EDS lost the account for FMCTI and about the same time Kosa merged into Invista and moved to Charlotte NC. I decommissioned that location removing all equipment and moving all of the client’s data to Charlotte.

I started with Enron as a Desktop Technician supporting their Gas Pipeline Group. I also was part of a support team that updated users from Win 3.11 to Win 95. I was responsible for updating Gas Control systems from NT 3.51 to NT 4.0 then moved them to Win2000. During that time I completely overhauled the internals of the buildings wrap around Gas Control Center by moving them from Token Ring to Ethernet along with all new systems for Y2K readiness. I took lead in building out the GPG server room and installing Liebert Cabinets with adequate power so we could move the Microsoft Servers in place that were in the GPG Domain as well as the DC and BDC. My primary job was to support Enron's Gas Controllers and the following companies that resided there; NNG, ETS, TW, and FL Gas. I was a main participant of the Y2K Team setting up their Omaha offsite location as well as being onsite for Houston during the rollover for administrative support. I was responsible for maintaining Enrons Crisis Support Center as well. I also performed Novell 3.12 and Microsoft NT 4.0 to AD Administration tasks as well as Desktop and Application support.

Ran and supported a variety of systems that performed inspection services for casing and tubular products. These units were mobile as well as fixed and consisted of Bakers Hughes Tubular Services Wellhead Scanolog on production work-over rig locations, Scanolog / NDT Units that are mobile for Mill and pipe supplier yards, as well as the Pipe Image Unit that was stationed at the North Star Steel Plant in Houston. Supported EPROM programming and binary code entries for proprietary custom built systems that ran DOS, OS2 and OS2 Warp. Responsibilities also included support of local standalone PC’s running DOS and Win3.0 and 3.11. Proficient in thermal and ink strip chart systems. Studied and followed API Specs for multiple O&G companies along with obtaining certifications in shear wave ultrasonic testing, Ultrasonic’s level I & II, EMI Level I & II, NDT, Radiation, H2S and osha hazwhopper training. Responsibilities also included supervising a crew anywhere from 2 to 16 and supporting and maintaining equipment for these units. Managed coverage based out of south Lafayette La. for TX, MS, AL, and FL before moving back to Houston.
