About Gary Pryke

I am customer service expert working both at the frontline as a train conductor and on-board manager as well as designing and developing customer service improvements for a number of train companies. I am passionate and conscientious about customer railway experiences .My background also includes training and assessor roles, incident investigation, assessment of health and safety incidents, identifying root cause and detailed analysis for improvements as well as in-depth experience in operational performance reviews. Personally, I have always been most comfortable when I am training or leading others and derive great satisfaction knowing that I have taught someone something that they did not know before.
