Over the past 19 years from leaving school to becoming a Director, I became an Integral part of one of the largest and most successful leading System Designers and Installers in the insulation industry. From the outset, as an installation technician back in 1996, this allowed me to understand all the fundamentals of running a successful company from the roots up.Following 14 years installing, I started to progress from foreman to supervisor then to manager to senior manager. At this point I was overseeing the running of 12 installation satellite depots,160 install vehicles and a well developed management team to oversee 230 staff.Throughout this period of 1996 to 2015 I opened my mind to many inspirational ideas, which led me to becoming the designer of new market leading innovations that most definitely supported the success of the system designer I became a director of. In addition, these innovations contributed towards allowing installs on 100's of thousands of hard to treat properties. So I made the decision to enter the market supplying a new and fresh approach to installing cavity insulation, cavity cleaning and an inspection service with EVOLVE HOME ENERGY SOLUTIONS LTD. Not only this, collaborating with a collegue over the years and good friend, with an additional 18 years experience in the industry from a Commercial and Sales perspective. With our combined experience, this will make a formidable partnership and supply the service the consumer deserves.
