Took leadership of diverse teams to support the Co-op strategy within the convenience sector. The last store being a flagship store for the Co-op which was at the forefront.

Completed a number of different roles within Sainsburys which involved Non Foods Manager, Customer Service Manager, also appointed a navigator manager to mentor new managers into the business.
