My culinary journey I began with Compass Group, started in 2013 as a prep cook. I quickly moved up with Eurest (under the Compass umbrella) in my 10 year. 2013 prep cook, 2014 Grill cook, 2015-2016 Chef Manager, 2016-2022 Food service director. All the knowledge I gained in my 10 year as well as on the job training I received, has been so valuable in my career now. I understand what it's like to start at the bottom and reach the upper management level. I am able to relate more with my team which makes us a stronger team by me once being in their positions. I lead by example. I always stress to my teams, how important it is to put our guest/customers first. That mentality as well as keeping the company standards high, breeds success. Success as a team and for our success with our guests experience.
