I've worked for a number of different employers and in various capacities, from engineering to depot management and director level and most recently as Specialist Sales Manager and Sector Manager UK Prisons and Probation at Carrier HVAC. As a former depot manager and operations director I have seen how important attention to detail and commitment go in improving quality of service, both internal and external to each employer. This has given me excellent skills and understanding of the importance of keeping customers happy with their overall experience in the facility services industry.
