The aim of RADAR is to provide short term, intensive intervention for offenders who cause the most crime in the borough to stop them re-offending and in turn, reduce harm to victims and the demand on the criminal justice system. Reduction And Deterring of Adult Re-offending Co-ordinate multi agency approach to services, resources and interventions in a co-located setting to ensure a more joined up, sequenced, intensive service for clients to avoid duplication of effort. Provide intensive intervention and outreach to provide one to one support for 16-24 year old offenders

 Co-ordination of the Southwark Works interface with employers and job brokerage networks, workplace coordinators and local labour schemes Maintaining close links with all other areas of the programme that are linking with employers - internally, the private sector Work Experience officers and the Foot in the Door project manager and externally, the SLaM employer engagement team, the Volunteer centre placement worker, and the Southwark Council Placement Manager. Assisting and empowering clients/ members of the public by running regular half day CV and employability workshops/clinics
