After graduating Baylor Law School in May of 1983, Gary took the July, 1983 Texas Bar exam for which he received the second highest score on the exam.He moved to Bryan/College Station, Texas where he worked for the Lawrence, Thornton Law Firm and the Moore and Palmer Law Firm.He accepted the position of general cousel for Mesa Air Lines in Farmington, New Mexico in the summer of 1987. While he was with Mesa, the airline grew from $40 million in annual revenue and 13 airplanes to more than $500 million in revenue and 198 aircraft. Much of the growth was through merger and acquistion.With change in management at Mesa, Gary left the company and went into private practice. He was with the Albuquerque-based firm of Miller Stratvert for six years where he concentrated on business transaction work, water law, and estate planning. In May of 2006, he started his own firm.Practice Focus: Business repesentation, including business organization, sells and acquisitions, and related matters. Water law.
